Bimetal

Bimetal is a combination of two metals with different degrees of thermal expansion, and when the temperature of the bimetal increases, it bends toward the smaller degree of thermal expansion.
Such bimetals keep the temperature constant by disconnecting or connecting the power in electric rice cookers and electric irons.
